Underage Policy
Last updated: August 14, 2025
We are committed to ensuring that this website and the Services are used responsibly by people who meet the legal age requirements. The Services may include AI-generated adult content and are intended only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to access or use the Services, including any parts that contain adult content.
This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and works alongside our Privacy Policy, Blocked Content Policy, Content Removal Policy, DMCA Policy, Complaint Policy, and 18 U.S.C. 2257 Exemption.
1. Access Controls and Age Affirmation
When you enter the Services, you are asked to confirm that you are 18+. Sign-in is currently handled via Google; we do not collect or store passwords. Where required by law or for safety, we may add further verification steps. Users are responsible for complying with local laws regarding access to adult content. Providing inaccurate age information violates our Terms and may result in immediate account removal and a permanent ban.
2. Zero Tolerance for Underage Content
Any sexual content involving a minor—real or implied—is strictly prohibited. This includes attempts to generate or request sexualized scenarios involving anyone under 18 and content that could reasonably be interpreted as sexualizing minors. Content must not resemble minors, including stylized, de-aged, or “youthful” portrayals that imply being under 18. Sexual content depicting or purporting to depict real persons under 18 is forbidden.
3. Moderation and Enforcement
We use automated safety filters and human review to detect and address violations. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, and retain the minimum necessary logs for safety, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, as described in the Privacy Policy. If we reasonably believe an account belongs to a person under 18, we will remove the account immediately; further consequences are addressed in Section 11 (Termination).
4. Reporting and Mandatory Escalation
If you believe an underage user has accessed the Services, or you encounter content that sexualizes or endangers minors, contact us (see Contact section below). Include helpful details such as timestamps, relevant screenshots or conversation IDs, and any profile information involved.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We report known CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or appropriate local authorities and cooperate with lawful investigations.
5. Data Handling When Underage Use Is Suspected or Confirmed
If we suspect or confirm underage use, we remove the account immediately. We delete account data to the extent permitted by law, while retaining the minimum necessary records for safety, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Any retained data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
6. Appeals (Mistaken Flag)
If you believe an account was incorrectly flagged as underage, email us (see Contact section below) with information sufficient to verify age. We may request limited proof (for example, a government ID with nonessential fields redacted, showing name and date of birth). Verification materials are used only for this purpose and deleted after verification unless the law requires retention.
7. Relationship to Other Policies
Examples and additional rules appear in the Blocked Content Policy. Procedures for content removal and repeat-infringer handling are described in the Content Removal Policy and DMCA Policy. If you believe we misapplied this Policy, you may raise concerns through the Complaint Policy. Our record-keeping position appears in the 18 U.S.C. 2257 Exemption.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when changes took effect. Where appropriate, material changes may be announced in the Services or by email.
9. Contact
Questions about this Policy or reports related to underage concerns: [email protected].
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates this Policy, the Terms of Service, or applicable law. Termination may occur without prior notice if we believe a violation is severe or poses a risk to safety. Disputes relating to enforcement or termination are handled under the governing law and dispute resolution provisions of the Terms of Service.
