Blocked Content Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2025

We are committed to providing a safe, lawful, and respectful environment. This policy describes content that is not allowed on the Services. It applies to everything you input or generate (including prompts, messages, images, audio, and other AI outputs).

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service and works alongside the Underage Policy, Content Removal Policy, DMCA Policy, Complaint Policy, and 18 U.S.C. 2257 Exemption.

1. Scope and Baseline

This policy covers content created through or on the Services, even if it is visible only to your account. Examples below are illustrative, not exhaustive. If content violates the law, our Terms, or any policy referenced here, it is prohibited.

2. Prohibited Content (Illustrative Categories)

  • Sexual content involving minors Any sexual content involving a person under 18 (real or implied), including attempts to sexualize minors or content that could reasonably be interpreted as doing so, and any content that resembles minors (e.g., de-aged or “youthful” portrayals that imply being under 18).
  • Sexual content with animals or non-human species Sexual acts with animals or non-human species are not allowed. Human cosplay that is plainly human may be allowed if it complies with all other rules.
  • Non-consensual sexual content and exploitation Sexual violence, coercion, non-consensual acts, trafficking, or exploitation. Note: Consensual roleplay is allowed only if it clearly depicts fictional, consenting adults, does not involve real persons or minors, and passes safety checks.
  • Sexual content targeting vulnerable persons Sexual content depicting unconscious or incapacitated persons, or sexualizing disability.
  • Real-person likeness, deepfakes, and non-consensual intimate imagery Sexual or intimate content that depicts or purports to depict real people (including celebrities/public figures) without verifiable written consent; non-consensual intimate imagery and deepfakes.
  • Hate, harassment, and threats Content that incites hatred or violence, dehumanizes protected classes, or targets individuals with severe harassment or threats.
  • Graphic violence or self-harm promotion Content that glorifies or instructs violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
  • Illegal activity Content that facilitates or instructs illegal acts (e.g., serious drug manufacturing, weapons trafficking), or otherwise violates applicable law.
  • Privacy violations and doxxing Sharing others’ personal data or intimate content without consent; images of IDs/financial data intended to misuse or expose.
  • Intellectual property infringement Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other IP rights; counterfeit or pirated material.
  • Fraud, malware, and deceptive practices Scams, phishing, credential harvesting, malware distribution, or other deceptive or harmful schemes.
  • Safety-system evasion and abuse of access Attempts to bypass safety filters, multi-accounting to avoid enforcement, scraping or automated collection without authorization, rate-limit evasion, or spam.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your inputs and for the outputs you solicit or generate. Do not request, upload, or attempt to generate prohibited content. Do not use real persons’ data or likeness without lawful, written consent.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

We use automated safety filters and human review. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and retain the minimum necessary logs for safety, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

5. Reporting and Mandatory Escalation

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We report known CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or appropriate local authorities and cooperate with lawful investigations. To report violations of this policy, contact us (see Contact section below).

6. Appeals

If you believe we removed content or restricted your account in error, email us (see Contact section below) with details. We may request additional information to review your appeal.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy, the Terms of Service, or applicable law. Termination may occur without prior notice if we believe a violation is severe or poses a risk to safety. Any disputes related to termination are handled under the governing law and dispute resolution provisions in the Terms of Service.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when changes took effect. Where appropriate, material changes may be announced in the Services or by email.
